Purpose The purpose of this presentation is to show my

site selection and business layout. This project will help me further construct my business.

Trade Area A trade area is the

geographic region in which a good or service is available and from which a company generates most of its sales

My trade area is in Old town Conyers. In this part of town there is a lot of traffic so there’s a lot of potential customers in this area as it is the center of town.

Traffic Area Most of the traffic will

be along Hwy 138 which is marked in green.

Potential Customers My potential

customers is marked in red. The red area covers all of Conyers. Anyone in Conyers is a potential customer as I don’t have any competitors in the area.

My Home My home is right off of

Hwy 138. Not far from the site of my business

Route to Office From Home The route to my office

to my home is very easy to travel. Just ride along Hwy 138 for a mile, then take the back roads until you get to Old Town Conyers

Office Space

Description of Layout This cropped photo of my layout

shows that my customers have a spacious waiting room. The patients room are easy accessible from the waiting room. Customers wont have to squeeze through tiny corridors. The room are very comfortable. The rooms have a bed for the patients and a chair for anyone accompanying the patient. The room also has a television in there. The rest room is unisex and is down the hallway. Its easy accessible from the waiting area. The office and storage are at the end of the hallway.
