• Cava Alta, at the beginning was a moat. It finished at the Church of San Francisco el Grande, so they call it: Cava the San Francisco el Grande, and later, Cava Alta.

• Cava Alta has a lot of excellent restaurants, but mostly there are only taverns.The tavern most visitated in this age, is the tavern of San Isidro.
