Divorce is one of the most
serious social problem in the
modern world. It has become
very common teaser and it affects
all levels of society.
In the past, divorce was quite
rare. But today, a majority of
marriages break up their family
lives in the first few years.
The Department of social services
states that the present record of
divorces in Sri Lanka is at 400
per day. It becomes a serious
social issue.
What is Divorce

The legal dissolution of a marriage by a court
or other competent body.

Is the final termination of a marital union,
canceling the legal duties and responsibilities
of marriage and dissolving the bonds of
matrimony between the parties.

from not being able to see her children.
