Juniors

Age: 12-17 years old Minimum stay: 2 weeksDates: 6th July - 31st August 2014This 2 weeks program designed for the younger students includes:• 15 hours tuition per week.• Placement test and final diploma.• Residential ensuite accommodation.• Activity program.• Excursions.• Travel insurance.• Study materials and book.• 24 h. staff (Activity Leaders).

General Course

Our General Spanish Course is aimed to give you more confidence in communicating in an Spanish speaking environment and will help you to improve your Spanish by focusing in different skills -grammar, vocabulary,pronunciation, writing, etc.- .

One - to - one

Minimum age: 18 years oldStarting date: every Monday, all year round (except bank holidays)6 differente levels (CEFR) Our individual course is a tai-lor-made program that will meet your especial needs, so that you can work on specific areas. You can arrange the content of the course with your teacher in advance and we will try to meet your preferences for the schedule in case you have limited time at your disposal.

Exam preparation course

Minimum age: 18 years oldStarting date: 6, 8 or 10 weeks before the examination date.6 differente levels (CEFR)

At Mosaico Spanish Courses you can prepare and sit for CERTIUNI examinations. CERTIUNI is a project promoted by the Vice-Chancellors Conference of Spanish Universities to establish accreditation systems ofcertain abilities like the knowledge of a foreign language. CERTIUNI uses BULATS test (Business Language Testing Service) to determine the level of knowledge of Spanish in accordance with Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) and has been designed by four renowned organisms: the University of Salamanca, the University of Cambridge, Alliance Française and Goethe Institut, experts in evaluating the knowledge of foreign languages.

Spanish Teachers’ Refresher Course

Starting dates: June 15th and 30thAge: + 18 years old Levels: advanced (minimum level required)

This 2 weeks course has been designed for teachers whose first language is not Spanish and needs to improve their communication skills. This course will provide them with practical teaching techniques while immersing them in Spanish culture.

Special Courses

Age: +18 years oldLevels: minimum intermediate level requiredDates: starting the first Monday of every month

This course combines a General Spanish Course (20 hours tuition / week) with 10 additional hours / week of Special Course (Flamenco, Spanish Cooking or Spanish Culture) that allows you to become more familiar with Spanish tra-ditions and culture.

Business

Internship

Age: 18-30 years old Levels: minimum low-intemediate level required (B1) Dates: All year round

Mosaico Spanish Courses offers you the pos-sibility of improving your Spanish skills whi-le having a job experience in Seville. This pro-gram provides unpaid part-time positions and includes:

• General Course (4 weeks)• Accommodation • Placement for unpaid part-time positions du-ring a period of 3 months (maximum).

Participants will also have training, evaluation, asses-ment and orientation from Mosaico Spanish Courses.

Spanish for Professionals

Spanish Summer SchoolsOur staff has designed a complete program for young students to learn Spanish at our centres, which includes everything: tuition, accommodation, activities, social program and excursions. Students only have to enjoy learning Spanish.

Our first aim is students welfare and safety. That is why we have located our Summer Schools in centres that have passed Mosaico Spanish Courses quality controls to guarantee safety, quality meals and accommoda-tion, comfort of classrooms, easy access to shopping areas, city centre and hospitals.

Speaking Spanish

We use our own methodology, Mosaico Learning Sys-tem, in all our centres. This guarantees the application of a tested learning system and as a result of this no

doubt students will improve their ability to use Spanish language. Our teachers are University degreed and especialized in teaching Spanish as a foreign language and adap-ting the level of the students course.

Excursions, places you will adore

Exploring Andalusia, its culture, monuments, history, gas-tronomy and its beaches will be essential to experience a full-immersion learning Spanish.We have designed a complete tour to the main cities in Andalusia with a lot of surprises our students will never forget.

Español en Marcha

Students will have 20 hours tuition per week, organized in lessons of 45’.Maximum class size: 10 students.Placement test and regular progression test.Final diploma.Students will receive our book “Español en Marcha”.Study materials.

Accommodation

En-suite residential accommodation in separated housings for girls and boys.Air conditioning.24 h. security.

Meals Plan

Accommodation is organized on a full-board basis, including breakfast, lunch and dinner, and meals are daily served in the campus canteen. On excursion days students will have packed - lunch.

Safety First

Emergencies

It is compulsory that parent provide a phone number atthe moment of the booking in order to contact them in case of emergency.

In the centre

Minor students cannot leave the centre at any moment without being accompanied by the Group Leader or without parent’s permission.

On excursions

Students will be easily identified with a landyard of Mo-saico Spanish Courses and will be always accompa-nied by Group Leaders.Students over 12 years old will have some free time to go shopping without direct supervision in mall centres but always under Mosaico Spanish Courses control.

Travel insurance

We have included in our program a travel insurance with medical coverage for all our students, from the arrival until the departure date.

Accommodation

At Mosaico Spanish Courses we can also arrange your accommodation and we offer you different options to guarantee your welfare during your stay with us.

Homestay

Living in a host family will provide you the opportunity to develop your Spanish skills in an everyday context. It will be also a perfect way of learning more about our culture and lifestyle.Our families have been carefully selected and regularly visited by the staff of Mosaico Spanish Courses. Families live in different areas of the town (sometimes there is a walking distance to the school, others students have to take the bus - 30 minutes maximum distance by public transportation-).This accommodation includes:

• Single room.• Breakfast, half-board or full-board, depending on the option chosen.• Shared bathroom.• Bed linen and towels.• Laundry service (once a week).• You will have your own key (not available for minors).• Availability: all year round.

Student residence

Mosaico Spanish Courses also provides you a more independent accommodation in a students’ residence, where you can have your own room or share it with another student.Our residences offers you:

• Single or shared room (ensuite) depending on the destination.• Air-conditioning and central heating.• Common areas.• Swimming-pool.• TV room.• Self-catering accommodation or catered accommodation (depending also on the destination).• Bed linen (towels are not provided).• Wi-Fi.• Laundry service.

Other accommodations

We can also arrange other type of accommodation (Hotel, Bed & Breakfast, Apartment, etc) upon request.

Social Program

We encourage our students to take part in our Social Program as the best way to know more about our culture and traditions and experience the Spanish way of life.

Our Social Program includes:

• Guided tours around the town.• Visit to monuments, museums, exhibitions.• “Tapas” tour.• Flamenco shows.• Conversation exchange with Spanish students.• Films.• Excursions during the weekends to other towns in Andalusia and Spain.

Every week the staff at Mosaico Spanish will publish our Social Program on the boards of the school. You can choose among all the activities and reserve your place to participate. We remind you some activities are free and other do not include the entrance ticket (monuments, museums, etc.)
