Instructions For this WeekLesson 11. Read Chapter 42. View voice-over PowerPoint Lecture 3 - Collaborative Instruction3. Assignment 3 - Operational co-plan with your co-teacher. Download the Word document, Assignment3.doc, attached to this assignment. Using the table provided in Assignment3.doc, outline both teachers’ responsibilities in preparation, presentation, and administration of a co-teaching lesson. Once you’ve completed the table in MS Word, save the document as a file with the name in the following format: Lastname_Assignment3.doc. Submit your completed document as a file attachment to the Assignment 3 Drop Box by 11:59 p.m. EST on Monday this week.4. Major Assignment 1 - Evaluation of Collaboration in the classroom or school. Candidates will observe and evaluate collaboration in their own school

or classroom, and provide an action plan to improve collaboration (20 points). The assignment includes: 1) an evaluation form, 2) a plan form, and 3) a 2 pages’ summary. This assignment will be due by 11:59 p.m. EST on Monday of Week 5.

Lesson 21. Read Chapter 52. View voice-over PowerPoint Lecture 4 - Schooling a whole child3. Assignment 4 - Your student’s profile. Please download the Word document, Assignment4.doc, attached to this assignment. Follow the instructions and examples presented in Lecture 4 to complete the table in Assignment4.doc. Once you’ve completed the assignment in MS Word, save the document as a file with the name in the following format: Lastname_Assignment4.doc. Submit your completed document as a file attachment to the Assignment 4 Drop Box by 11:59 p.m. EST on Monday this week.4. Major Assignment 2 - Conduct Meetings with Instructional Teams. Candidates must document one meeting at which time their instructional teams determined: a.) the appropriate roles and responsibilities for all parties, including general and special education teachers, paraprofessionals, related services practitioners and students; b.) meeting time, procedure, outcomes, and 3) how to improve team meetings (10 points). This assignment will be due by 11:59 p.m. EST on Monday of week 5.5. Quiz 2. Quiz 2 is fully online and consists of 15 questions. All of the questions are Multiple Choice. You will have one hour to complete Quiz 2 from the time you start. You may start the exam at anytime during Week 2, but it is highly recommended that you start no later than Monday morning to avoid an potential issues. If you have any questions, contact the instructor. The exam must be completed and submitted by 11:59 p.m. EST on Monday this week.
