Building application: Thick plaster: It use to wall up in inside coverings.

Thin plaster: It use in inside finishing.

Plaster cast: It use in decoration works.

Characteristics: is one of the most important binding materials.

Origin: Cement is a mixing of limestone, clay and plaster.

Building application: There are two types of cement:Common cement

Soft cement

Characteristics: It's the most important conglomerate used in construction.

Concrete (hormign)

Origin: It's the mixing of cement with sand, gravel and water.

Building application: the principal application of concrete is to make foundations.

Characteristics: it has good compressive strength.

Reinforced concrete

Origin: It's concrete reinforced with bars called rebars.

Building applications: It is used to build building's structures.

Characteristics: It's more resistant than concrete, especially to tension.
