AIESEC in Poland and AIESEC in India
Customer Orientation and
Process Optimisation Initiative !
Global Husqvarna Group Quality Award
BCP Application March 2014
Two of the biggest entities of AIESEC Globally are standing here, applying together for the Quality Award BCP recognition because:
“We believe as responsibles for our countries, and for the world we live in, that Co-delivery is not an option, it is essential for creating any positive experience”.
For the recognition we want to showcase, in our partnership which is not simply numerical, not only in exchange delivery, but in Leadership Creation and Quality
Experience Management with the following points as will be shown below:
Our platform in common
for optimisation and focus
in our Customers
(our students, mainly):
http://polind.aiesec.pl/
When you get to the platform, you may check the availability or other types of statuses our forms (according to the partnership) current have.
It is divided by each exchange programme and the partnership presents it also with division by Sub-Products (GIP) and Issues (GCDP), name of student/organisation, when it was added, when
was raised and from which Locall Committee it comes from.
After having this as a BCP, AIESEC in Poland and India see this as a breakthrough for partnerships. As entities we believe it is not anymore about numerical partnership, but focus in the Customer Experience. We also run internal campaigns connected to “POLIND” partnership
according to the Global CEM Challenge. as you can see below.
We started the idea of having this kind of partnership during the 65th International Congress in Egypt. After that, AIESEC in Poland started an internal campaign for International Relations
improvement, positioning the entity among our country partners. The value we want to bring within this initiative, is the ability as youth, to deliver an experience that sets it apart in the eyes
of its customers, increasing the amount of consumer spending with the organisation and, optimally, inspire loyalty to our brands, not only as AIESEC, but as countries, bringing the
positive impact we believe in.
We believe that together we can make both entities “Going Global”!
