Dr. Swati Bhandari Lodha

•Dr. Swati Lodha, doctorate in women

entrepreneurship, MBA (hons), is an author,

academician and motivational guru, rolled in one.

She hails from Jodhpur.

•As a motivational guru, she runs

her organisation “Swash PD Pvt. Ltd” for training

professionals and youth. She has trained more

than 10,000 participants in last 14 years.

• She has co-authored the best seller “Come on! GET SET

GO…” along with two poetry collections. As an

academician, she has been Dean, Faculty of Management,

Jodhpur National University.

• An authority on women related issues, columnist of a

monthly National magazine, and an acclaimed author of

first ever self management book for Asian women “Why

Women Are What They Are”.

• Sprinkled with wit and humour, the workshops and lectures

have an everlasting mesmerising impact on listeners.

Charged with energy and emotion, the duo has the force to
