Research and Planning We aim to have the Research and Planning done and

uploaded on the blogs by the 15th July 2016 (the end of week 8 in term 5)

Raw filming We are aiming to start the filming of our music video at the

start of the summer holidays.

End of all filming We hope to have all of the filming done by the end of the

summer holidays. Taking this into account, if it is not possible to do this, then we want all the filming to be done by week 2 of the first term back (with no further pushbacks).

Final edit to be uploaded We will start editing as soon as we have all of the raw

footage. Judging from the fact that the song is about 4 minutes long, it is an estimate that about ten hours will be spent editing each individual minute. So 40 hours ish will be spent on editing the final piece. This then means that we should have all of the editing done by the start of term 2 minimum. The furthest back that we could possibly go is probably an extra 2 weeks of term 2. After this it should take about an extra week at most to complete things like Audience Feedback.

Ancillary Task 1 The task involves things like researching for the ancillary.

This at most should take 2 weeks. Completing the actual task should take about an extra week.

Ancillary Task 2 This task involves things like researching for the ancillary

task. This again should take about 2 weeks. Completing the actual task again should take about a week.

Evaluation The evaluation shouldn’t take long and we will be able to

have everything done by week 8.

All in All Overall we should have all of the work done by Week 8 in

Term 2 which is about Christmas time.
