Color
• Visible light is the part of the electromagnetic spectrum you can see.

• White objects appear white because all colors of light are being reflected.
• Black objects appear black because all colors of light are being absorbed.
• When you see blue it’s because all the colors except blue are absorbed…blue is reflected back to your eye.
• Red, Green and Blue are the primary colors of light. When you mixed these, they produce white.
• Pigment- colored material that absorbs some colors and reflect others.
• The primary colors of pigments are magenta, cyan and yellow. When you mixed these pigments, they produce black.
• Color blindness-
The inability to distinguish between certain colors.
