The project forms part of wider EU support for promotion of the human capital dimensions of the European Charter for Small Enterprise (7-EU pre-accession
countries) Euro-Mediterranean Enterprise Charter (9 MEDA countries).
Entrepreneurial Learning (ETF, 2009):All forms of education and training, both formal and non-formal, which contribute to an entrepreneurial spirit and entrepreneurial behaviour with or without a commercial objective.

One of the main dimensions: entrepreneurial learning
EPUC responsible to develop the action plan for the university about entrepreneurial learning among others Actions concerning all 20 faculties and schools LFM methodology based on ETF policy indicators
New quantitative indicators were suggested and added (based on the policy indicators) to those proposed by the ministry… adopted

ConclusionConclusion
The EL 5 policy indicators were very useful to help precise the policy and develop a strategy for 2010-2013
With some minor adaptations, some indicators were even useful for areas other than EL
