Accommodation in Austria:

• Prices depend on the region: e.g. for rented flats: from 4.- €/m² in Burgenland up to 7.- €/m² in Vorarlberg

•Plus 12% for running costs (without heating and electricity)

•Accommodations are advertised in all newspapers in weekend supplies and at estate brokers

•Usual duration of contracts for rented flats for the first time are 3 years
