3 Schedule a Weekly “Check Run” MeetingYour online bookkeeper should provide you with the
account information that will help you view yourcash position and plan for upcoming expenses.
The agenda should include 3 parts:
ABC
Bookkeeper will have entered bills you shared/sent into accounting software,and your bank and credit accounts should be completely reconciled.
Your bookkeeper will review bills due this week, and will give you a totalcash requirement to pay them off.
Review your entire accounts payable againg report. This report shows you howmuch you currently owe all of your vendors.
4 Sign & Send ChecksYour online bookkeeper will prepare the checks.
Youʼll print, sign, and send them.
Your online bookkeeper will mark the bill “paid” and “to be printed” in the software.
