Wordpress: How to add Google analytics

If you want to track the attendance of your site by adding Google analytics to WordPress, please follow the next

steps:

1. Go to Google analytics web-site.

2. Click on "Sign up".

3. The sign-up form appears.

4. Fill out the needed field.

5. Click on the button "Get tracking ID".

6. Click on "I accept".

8. Go to your Wordpress Administrative panel, click on "Add new".

9. With the help of a search field find "Google Analytics".

10. Look for the suitable version and click "Install Now".

11. In the appeared window click "Activate Plugin"

Since the plugin is activated, we need to change the tracking ID.

12. Go to "Settings" - "Google Analytics".

13. Here should be The default Property ID.

14. Go back to your Google analytics platform in order to copy the ID you need.

15. Paste it in your Web Property ID field.

16. Click on "Save Changes".

17. Google Analytics is activated. You can edit it or Deactivate if you want

18. Go to your Google Analytics platform to track the attendance of your web-site.
