GOAL The main goal of the training program was to train the teachers on new and improved pedagogy, and on the importance of integrating the use of ICT in education. The training primarily focused on the application of 21st century skills to teach students in today’s classrooms, and on adoption of a more student centered approach in education.
Sessions also focused on the importance of key 21st century skills like collaborative problem solving, critical thinking and the use technological software like :

Moreover, the participants learnt the method of using Internet based applications like opening email address, using email address, using search engine to gather information
from Internet
OBJECTIVEOn the last day of the training the participant teachers were asked to present their Action Plans in order to demonstrate what they have learnt from the training and how they plan to implement the new approaches in their classrooms.
