1 Educate and prepare communities to minimize the spread of Covid 19 and minimize the morbidity and mortality related to Covid-19 in HDF’s program areas in Pakistan.
2 Maximize the utilization of social safety nets by 100% vulnerable communities of HDF program areas in existing and developing government facilities/programs and services.
3 Develop reproducible and scalable models of participatory community development to end multidimensional poverty in Covid-19 affected areas.
3.1: Food Security Objective 3.1.1: Ensure food security of 5,000 most vulnerable families of HDF program areas at least for three months in 2020: Objective 3.1.2: Facilitate needy families in HDF program areas to secure food through local community in lockdown situation: Objective 3.1.3: Facilitate needy families in outside HDF program areas in Pakistan to secure food in lockdown situation.
3.2: Sustainable Food Security Objective 3.2.1: Facilitate 5,000 vulnerable families of HDF Program areas to overcome malnutrition and ensure food security by growing their own food on sustainable basis: Objective 3.2.2: Facilitate ----- HDF villages of HDF Program areas to grow community gardens to ensure food security at their village level on sustainable basis. Objective 3.2.3: Facilitate ----- HDF villages of HDF Program areas to establish food banks in other villages.
4 Ensure optimal health of the communities by extending HDF primary healthcare services in collaboration with Government health facilities:
