So develop a habit of good feedback
before you have to say something bad.
If you’re having to keep an eye on people,
check their work, manage them, tell them what to do and
log their hours…why on EARTH did you employ
them in the first place?
Make sure your messaging is consistent
across the board,in everything you are,
say and do.Don’t be the lawyer in a
van,or the cleaner in a suit.
Does your organisation’s values statement reflect the reality of the stakeholders
experience?Or does it reflect the
aspirations of the board?And is the board aware of the
gap?
