Kelly Finn Störmer,Chief Operating Officer, NAVSO
Kelly Finn Störmer is the Chief Operating Officer of NAVSO.
She holds a BA from Villanova University and an MBA from The George Washington University.
Kelly served as Surface Warfare Officer and received her commission through the Naval Reserve Officer Training Corps. She had two sea assignments in San Diego and served as the White House Liaison to the Secretary of the Navy, and as a White House Social Aide during the Bush Administration. After active duty service Kelly worked as a consultant for McKinney Rogers building high performance cultures in Fortune 500 organizations.
Kelly is a 2020 Presidential Leadership Scholar, a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, still serves as a military spouse and a mom to three boys.

Jane Madden, Finn PartnersJane leads the Global Sustainability & Social Impact Practice at Finn Partners. She is an award-winning authority on ESG (environmental, social and governance) policy, performance and communications with over 25 years of experience. Jane is a trusted advisor to Fortune 500 companies across a variety of global industries including CPG, retail and manufacturing on ESG performance & reporting, executive positioning and stakeholder engagement. She has extensive sustainable development expertise from working in more than 30 countries, including Afghanistan, China, Ghana, Jordan, Russia, South Africa and Saudi Arabia.
Previously, Jane was the US Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability Practice leader at Burson-Marsteller. She served as Partner and the Sustainability Practice Leader at Environmental Resources Management (ERM). Jane served as a World Bank official for 12 years advising governments on ESG policies, stakeholder engagement and public-private partnerships.
Jane is a sought-after speaker on sustainability issues, particularly human rights, responsible tourism and ESG disclosure.
She has been named CSR Professional of the and PR Professional of the Year by PRNews.

Jodie M. Grenier, CEO,Foundation for Women Warriors
Jodie is the Chief Executive Officer of Foundation for Women Warriors.
Jodie has led a nationwide campaign inspiring the country to reconsider gender roles, veteran stereotypes and the capabilities of women. As a leading voice on women’s and veterans’ issues, Jodie testified before the House Committee on Veteran's Affairs on the various issues impacting the economic well-being of women veterans in 2019.
Prior to joining FFWW, Jodie was an Intelligence Advisor for the Marine Corps Battle Simulation Center in Camp Pendleton, California. Jodie began her over a decade long career in Intelligence and National Security in the United States Marine Corps.
Jodie is currently a 2020 Presidential Leadership Scholar, serves on the California Women Veterans Leadership Council, is a member of the Carlsbad Women’s Club, Veteran of Foreign Wars, Women Marine’s Association, 100 Women Who Care Orange County, andWomen Give San Diego.
Jodie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Masters in Nonprofit Leadership and Management from the University of San Diego.
