Standard 3. Learning Environment: Marble Jar

I used this marble jar as one of the classroom management plans. I explain to students that in our classroom we are a team, our classroom is not made up of individual students, rather individual students coming together is what makes our classroom. One marble is put into the jar at a time, there are various ways that they class can earn marbles, but marbles can only be earned by the class and not by individuals. When the jar is full, the class earns a reward.
