CardRespected Sir, I name of college bearing the USN Number humbly
request you to reissue myConsolidated statement of marks card for
the examinations held Between 2010-14, With Serial Number number
printed on 20 Sep 2014 which I received on 25 September 2014
through Speed post. In the marks card that I have received needs
correction, in which only units place digit of marks is visible (in
two places - in 6th semester and 8th semester). I assume it is a
technical glitch of printer which caused this error, But this will
definitely not be accepted by any of recruiters. I have attached a
self attested photo copy of the marks card. So, I humbly request
you to correct and issue a fresh marks card. Please do the
needful.
