Inspection 2008 – Fire Department • In violation of the Fire Code – no fire separation in the attic
area• Possible fire separation issues with the crawl space as well
Relocated one tenant as soon as we had a suitable unit available to bring us into compliance
Second Inspection – August 2008Engineers confirmed :• The continued deterioration • That the building did not meet fire codes of 2008 or1975

Started the process for Ministerial Consent• Fall of 2009 had an ESA I completed • Compiled all the documents necessary

Signed contract with SHSC for technical assistance in developing our Design/Build RFP, all site visits and the evaluation of the proposals• 3 proposal submitted
Demolition started the middle of June 2011 with a rebuild completion date of December 15, 2011
