NOTE: You can swap the meals around. It’s flexible. E.g. If you have ingredients for a certain breakfast for day 8, you can eat day 8 breakfast on day 1 or vice versa. SMOOTHIES: The smoothies in this meal plan are sweet tasting. If you don’t like smoothies, you can snack on your fruits without blending it. WATER: Drink 8 glasses of water daily. Very important!
