The workshop focuses on Computer-Human Interaction and User Interface Technology. The aim of this
workshop is to provide a worldwide forum, where the international participants can share their research
knowledge and ideas on the recent and latest research on the workshop and map out the directions for future
researchers and collaborations. All accepted papers which have been presented at the first international
cognitive cities conference (IC3) will be published in IEEE Xplore® (indexed by EI).

Authors are invited to submit papers, papers should be in English, and not exceeding 6 double-column pages.
Papers exceeding the page limits will be rejected without review. Please use the IEEE paper format for
