TapManageIngredientstodefineallingredients(groundbeef,potatoes,butter,etc.)youuseforyourmenuitems.

TapIngredientInventorytoindicatehowmuchofeachingredientyouhaveinstock.

SettingUpYourMenuItemRecipes

Afteryou'veinputtedallyouringredientsandyourinventory,youcannowdefinehowmuchofeachingredienteachmenuitemrequires.

OpenamenuitemandscrolldowntothenewIngredientssection.TapManageRecipe.

Addwhichingredientsareusedtomakethismenuitemalongwiththeamountoftheingredient'sinventorymeasureusedtomakethismenuitem.

Finally,enabletheRecipeCostsettingifyouwantTouchBistrotocalculatefoodcostsbasedonyouringredientsettings.

LowStockMenuItemsReport:Thiswilldisplaymenuitemswithlowstockcounts.

ThesenewreportsareCSVonly.YoucannotviewthemonyouriPad.

PaymentIntegrationEMVSupportVantiv(USA)

WenowsupporttwonewEMVsolutions.EachisbasedonVantiv'striPOSsystem.

Ifyou'regoingtousetipping,bothtriPOSdevicesusethepost-taxtipguidesuggestions.

IfyourguestchecktipguideissetforPre-Tax,youshouldsetitforPost-Taxtokeepconsistencybetweentheprintedguestchecktipsuggestionsandthedevice'stipsuggestions.

TheCayanGeniusHandhelddeviceisanAndroid-basedmobileEMVcardreader.ItusesWi-Fitoconnecttoyourrouter.TheGeniusHandhelddevicecansupportmultipleiPads.

Setupissimilartothecounter-topGeniusdevice.EnableCayanandtapitsSetupoption.

YouwillfindanewDeviceTypeoption.

Tapittoselectwhetheryouareusingthecounter-topGeniusdevice(theMX915)ortheGeniusHandhelddevice.

TheBillOptionsmenuisavailablefromAllClosedBillstabunderOrdersorfromtheBills/GuestCheckHistoryscreen.

UseReorderifyouwanttocreateaneworderbasedontheclosedbill'sorder.TheneworderisplacedundertheAllBarTabstab.Note,thereorderedbillgetsnamedbasedonthebillnumberofthebillyoucreatedthisbillfrom.Forexample,ifyoutappedReorderonbill9241,thereturnsaleinvoicegetsnamed"9241Reorder".

UseReturnSaletocreateacopyofthebillwithallitemsasnegativevalues.Thisisusefulifyouneedtobalanceoutacreditcardreturn.Note,thereturnsalebillgetsnamedbasedonthebillnumberofthebillyoucreatedthisbillfrom.Forexample,ifyoutappedReturnSaleonbill9241,thereturnsaleinvoicegetsnamed"9241ReturnSale".

Note:iftheitemisinventoried,ingredientsorcountsarereturnedtoinventorywhenyouperformaReturnSale.

RemovedtheAbilitytoEditBillNumber

TofacilitatethenewReturnSaleandReorderoptions,we'vehadtoremovetheoptiontoedityourCurrentBill#underBill&Chit.Althoughviewable,itisnowgreyedout.
