AdditionalsupportmaybeprovidedtoNavalNetworkWarfareCommand(NNWC),NavyCyberForces(NAVCYBERFOR),FleetCyberCommand(FCC),andNavyCyberDefenseOperationsCommand(NCDOC).

ThescopeofthecontractencompassesthemissionareasofInformationAssurance(IA)andInformationOperations(IO),andthecorecapabilitiesofIO:electronicwarfare,computernetworkoperations,psychologicaloperations,militarydeception,andoperationssecurity.Thescopealsoincludessupportformissions,functionsandtasksrelatedtosignalsintelligence(SIGINT);strategic,operational

andtacticalplanning;operationalsupportandreachback;database/librarydatamanagement,fleetIOrequirements;experimentation,tacticsevaluation,anddoctrinedevelopment;systemsassessment;informationtechnologymanagementandadministration;engineeringandtechnicalservices;andIOmanagementandprofessionalsupportservices.
