Professional, Technical and Analytical Support to Navy Information Operations • Contract Number: N00189-12-D-0009 • Period of Performance: March 2, 2012 – March 1, 2017 SRC is proud to be a prime contractor for the Professional, Technical and Analytical Support to Navy Information Operations indefinite delivery/ indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract. This effort supports NIOC Norfolk, Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek, and subordinate commands — NIOC San Diego, NIOC Whidbey Island, and NIOD Groton. Additional support may be provided to Naval Network Warfare Command (NNWC), Navy Cyber Forces (NAVCYBERFOR), Fleet Cyber Command (FCC), and Navy Cyber Defense Operations Command (NCDOC). The scope of the contract encompasses the mission areas of Information Assurance (IA) and Information Operations (IO), and the core capabilities of IO: electronic warfare, computer network operations, psychological operations, military deception, and operations security. The scope also includes support for missions, functions and tasks related to signals intelligence (SIGINT); strategic, operational and tactical planning; operational support and reachback; database/library data management, fleet IO requirements; experimentation, tactics evaluation, and doctrine development; systems assessment; information technology management and administration; engineering and technical services; and IO management and professional support services.
