tractive white ceramic platters at an additional charge. Superb Cuisines Catering by Keula Binelly can also provide

WARM MENU ITEMS AND CHAFING DISHES
Hot menu selections require warming on-site. You may rent chrome 8-quart chafing dishes for $12.00 each or dispos-
able 8-quart chafing dishes for $7.50 each. Please keep in mind that some menu items require additional heating time.

dinner knives, forks, cake forks, teaspoons, salt pepper shakers, serving utensils, hor d’oeuvres trays, coffee

BILLING
1. Fifty percent (50%) deposit is due on day of booking. Full payment for the function must be received eight (8) busi-
ness days prior to the event. Payment must be in the form of cash, company check, or certified check, unless
prior arrangements have been made via approval of a direct bill application. If paying by personal check, Superb Cui-
sines Catering by Keula Binelly must receive check a mini-mum of 14 days prior to the event. This method of payment
is subject to authorization. 2. If the client’s organization maintains tax exempt status,
the client must provide Superb Cuisines with a valid tax ex-emption certificate and i.d. number.
PAYMENT
All events must be paid in full prior to delivery.
ORDERING
WE APPRECIATE YOUR ORDER AS FAR IN ADVANCE AS POSSIBLE.
We do our best to accommodate last-minute orders. Break-
fast orders must be placed by noon for the next business day; lunch orders by 2pm for the next business day.
DELIVERY AND SET-UP
Superb Cuisines Catering by Keula Binelly delivers to Wash-ington D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. Orders including chaf-
ing dishes or equipment pickups are charged an additional $15.00 per delivery. Please consult with your account ex-
ecutive for special set-up needs and additional pricing that may apply.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation must be received by your account executive
via e-mail or In written form no later than 10 a.m. one business day prior to your event. Orders cancelled less than
24 hours prior to the event will result in a 100% charge to
the client, including events cancelled due to inclement
weather.
