Court asks Mallya to appear on next hearingMUMBAI, May 7:
A court hearing a cheque bounce case against promoter ofdefunct Kingfisher Airlines Vijay Mallya today directed him toappear before it on the next hearing in July, failing which it willissue a warrant against him.
The metropolitan magistrate's court in suburban Andheri washearing applications filed by Airports Authority of India (AAI)against M/s. Kingfisher Airlines in connection with two cheques ofRs 100 crore which were dishonoured.(PTI)
