Candidates must have Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with a minimum of CGPA 3.3 or equivalent.(Major in: Civil engineering/ Quantity surveyor/ Construction management/ Property valuation/ Real estate/ Business administration/ Finance/ Accounting.)
Fresh graduates or those with less than one year working experience are welcome to apply.i) Willing to learn and have opportunity to shape them.ii) They are up to date with new technology.iii) Cheaper.

Excellent in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to communicate in Chinese is an added advantage.i) Mainly in English.ii) Bahasa Malaysia for government documents.iii) Chinese used to communicate with supplier and client from China.
Able to work well independently as well as in team setting.i) Most of trainees will work in team and collaborate with others.ii) In a team, well communicated and share information among each other can reduce the conflict.
