NOW COMES Defendant Rick Snyder (the State) and makes the following
supplemental disclosure concerning witnesses previously disclosed pursuant to Fed.
R. Civ. P. 26(a)(l)(A)(i) and (2)(A) as required in the court's second case
management order entered on July 28, 2016.
See prior State disclosures for other information, including databases and the
location of documents previously disclosed. All State witnesses should be contacted
through defense counsel. The State reserves the right to amend any and all of its
