About Enrollment
Classes are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Enrollment for courses in the United States is conducted through the RoadrangerStore.
In Canada, technicians are asked to contact their regional trainer.
Confirmation of registration is sent via U.S. mail upon receipt of registration information. All regis-trations must be completed three weeks before the course date.

After the class is established, you can register on the Internet at www.roadrangeracademy.com
Setting Up a New Account
1. On User Login page, click link to create new account.
2. On Organization Signup page, Select Your Organization Type.
3. Complete required fields in Organizational Information form.
4. Enter primary contact’s information in User Setup form.
5. Confirm information.
Login to Account
1. On User Login page, enter Username and Password.
2. On Organization page, use left menu to add technicians and search for available courses.
Cancellation Instructions
Course cancellations must be made no later than 14 days before a course session begins. If your cancellation is received less than14 days before the start date of the class, you will be charged 100% of the course fee.

Who can attend? Are there prerequisites for the class? Any technician can attend, but the trainer has the option to reserve spots for technicians in the area. There are no prerequi-sites for any of the courses.
How do I enroll? Enrollment may be completed at Roadrangeracademy.com. Or you can call your local Roadranger trainer.
What is the class size? Class size may range between 10 and 15. Classes with an insuffi-cient number of registrants (less than five) three weeks before the start date are subject to cancella-tion by the Roadranger training department. Registrants will be notified by phone, e-mail, fax or mail.
What are class hours? Most full-day training courses begin at 8 AM and conclude at 5 PM. Half-day courses begin at 8 AM and end at noon. For exact times, contact your local Roadranger Trainer.
Do you accept credit cards? Yes, credit cards are our preferred method of payment, we will also take a Purchase Order as a payment option.

Frequently Asked Questions Regional TrainersAre the materials supplied? Materials such as training guides, service manuals and trouble-shooting guides are provided. You should bring writing and highlighting pens to class.
What else do I need to bring to classes? All related hand and service tools are provided. Safety glasses, shop clothing and shop shoes are recommended, since most courses will have hands-on or lab sessions.
Who can I call if I have a problem or complaint? For questions or concerns regarding the Roadranger Academy, please contact your local Roadranger trainer. Or you can contact the National Training Center for more information or assistance, please call 269-342-3654 from 8 AM - 5 PM (Eastern).
