    Priority 11-3 working daysThese are high priority jobs to be completed. These are to be jobs that are promoting properties, or have deadlines with third party suppliers. These also include start up and exit processes.

    Examples:• Head Office/Senior

    website updates• Rural proposal• Rural IM

    • Commercial proposal• Commercial IM• Subdivision proposals• Distress space print ads• Start up process• Exit process

    Priority 2Examples:• Promotional DLEs• Promotional print

    advertising• Personal profiles• Promo signs• Caravan cards

    • Sponsorship ads• Facebook cover photos• Greeting cards• Branch posters• Duty agent cards• Branch team marketing

    4-7 working daysThese are medium priority jobs to be completed. These jobs are salesperson focused marketing.

    Priority 3Examples:• Newsletters• Custom promotional

    merch• Salesperson websites• Company campaigns

    • Bulk orders• Company booklets• Photo changes

    8-20 working daysThese are normal priority jobs to be completed. These are generally bigger projects, or jobs that require input from a third party supplier.

    How priority is decidedPriority for marketing jobs is based on a number of factors, including how important the marketing is in securing listings and sales. Therefore property focused marketing, like appraisals and IMs are the Marketing Team’s highest priority. High, Medium, and Normal refer to time priority (working days) not the importance of the job.

    The time frame starts from when all job information is supplied.
