Parents Feedback
“I went to see the HV about the children recently. Things better after course but things have slipped again. Swearing, disrespectful, cheeky. No problems in school, doing really well. I feel I need to spend more special time with the children.”
Parents Feedback “Speaking to other adults made me feel better within myself, knowing that I was not the only one having problems. Creche facilities were really helpful. Overall a great experience, really helpful”
“I liked doing the course and found it very interesting. Doing the practical stuff and taking it home to practice on the children. Playing with the children was the best thing I learnt”

Service changes since follow-ups
‘Top-up’ sessions have been offered due to expressed need, but little success
‘Advanced IY’ offered as a result and huge demand. Group currently running and waiting list!
Ending on a positive note
Our local evaluation is demonstrating positive outcomes, similar to other research.
Based on draft document from WAG on cost-effectiveness, we only need to have a 1:55 success with conduct problem children to gain long term cost benefits!
