Orient New Board Members
Before their first meeting, have new board members read and sign the following documents: Board & officer conflict of interest policy Access & confidentiality agreement for volunteers
Provide new board members with important chapter documents, such as: Chapter bylaws Board roster Board of director expectations Position description
Year-end Reporting
Chapter handbook includes a required annual report called, “Chapters in Good Standing” report
