Cookie Dough Mug Cake

Ingredients

2-3 tablespoons whole grain flour (Trial and error may be needed to find the right consistency you enjoy!)

2 tablespoons quick oats

1/4 teaspoon baking powder

2 teaspoons brown sugar

1/4 cup milk (Try using almond or other unsweetened milk)

1 egg white

1 tablespoon dark chocolate chips

Instructions

1. In a mug, add flour, oats and baking powder. Mix until well combined.

2. Add sugar and milk together. Stir until well combined without clumps. Add egg white.

3. Use a whisk to beat egg white into batter, making

sure that it is well combined. Fold in chocolate chips, reserving a few to sprinkle on top.

4. Microwave on high for 2 1/2 – 3 minutes (time

may vary depending on your microwave and settings).

5. Remove from microwave, grab a spoon and

enjoy!
