DANIELA ROHAN - Mentor
"Mentoring is one way to get from “here” to “there”. An inspiring path as we ease through life with the help of a caring counsel.
The first PWN Romania mentoring program was highly successful. I am honored to be called-in by PWN this year as a mentor for younger successful women. I believe mentoring is a win-win situation, giving us the opportunity to shape ideas together. I hope my mentees will become proficient in reaching their objectives also through my shared experiences and hopefully, wisdom."

IOANA ANDREEA ANDRA – Mentee
“PWNs Angels have done an amazing job of creating a lighthearted and beautiful space - for us, the mentee to feel welcomed and valued, and for the mentors to unveil themselves and their beauty. It was a space where I was inspired by the stories I’ve heard and it made me want to peek more behind “the curtain” of the mentors’ professional and personal experiences. I am excited about the journey that my mentor and I are about to start!”

SILVIA PREDESCU – Mentee
“Even though a manager for a short period of time, I took part in similar events where experienced leaders would talk about passion, leadership, management, etc. But at none of these events have I seen such bursting energy like in the one organized by PWN. These women leaders effortlessly displayed genuine passion and interest for their work, they radiated a tremendous energy and a “can do” attitude and showed true care for their families. We had to sit through their presentations 4 hours straight, but at no moment during this time did I feel anything else but sheer enthusiasm. I left the event with a renewed sense of ambition. Thank you!”

DANA DEAC – Journalist, PWN member
Mentoring is for me a complementary relationship not one of subordination.
It is a relation like the one between the brain and the heart, based on integrity, trust and faith. Mentoring means to live in the present - without illusions - cultivating the mastery of ourselves not over others.

Elena Popa – Senior Consultant Adecco – MENTEE PWN
RESULTS
RESULTS
Nina Bratfalean – Marketing Manager BMW Group –MENTOR PWN
For me this mentoring program meant - in the first place -the opportunity of meeting a wonderful and very wise person, from whom I had the chance of learning a lot about myself. Then, it was an opportunity to think about what I what at this point in my life and how I can achieve these objectives, with somebody looking over my shoulder and guiding me in the process. Rucsandra Pop – Promotion Manager Tarsago Media Group (repres. Reader’s Digest)
