KEY PROGRAMS:
Mentoring – one of the traditional initiatives of PWN, with high recognition in developing authentic and impactful leadership for senior professionals. 3 audiences: Corporate, Entrepreneurs, Board of Directors aspirants
Women on Boards – an awareness building, lobbying and development program, that sustains gender inclusion to enhance equity building by increasing the number of women board members
Entrepreneurship - support fresh entrepreneurs, stimulate corporate intra-preneurship and enhance business opportunities
Development Programs – series of workshops grouped as:- Defining Moments- Entrepreneurs Tool Box- Women on Boards Academy

WHO IS IT FOR
• Provides accelerated leadership development for blooming professionals (mentees)
• Enables senior professionals to accomplish themselves and leave a legacy outside their company (mentors)

OANA NASTASE - Mentor“La acest eveniment de demarare a programului de mentorat 2014-2015 am avut bucuria sa fiu martora unui salt calitativ si cantitativ pe mai multe planuri: dublarea numarului si a expertizei profesionale si de viata a doamnelor mentor alaturi de triplarea cererilor de mentee fata de anul 2013. M-a impresionat niveul de generozitate al acestor femei care isi ofera resursele lor cele mai de pret: cunostintele, expertiza profesionala, experienta de viata si mai ales timpul lor pretios. Dar revelatia cea mai mare a fost data de senzatia ca toate cele aproximativ 20 de doamne care au luat cuvantul aveau preocupari comune, transmise in stil personal, de parca ar fi fost chipuri diferite ale aceluias suflet, cu un inalt nivel de constienta, de spiritualitate si de constiinta.”

“Even though a manager for a short period of time, I took part in similar events where experienced leaders would talk about passion, leadership, management, etc. But at none of these events have I seen such bursting energy like in the one organized by PWN. These women leaders effortlessly displayed genuine passion and interest for their work, they radiated a tremendous energy and a “can do” attitude and showed true care for their families. We had to sit through their presentations 4 hours straight, but at no moment during this time did I feel anything else but sheer enthusiasm. I left the event with a renewed sense of ambition. • I really appreciated that "behind the curtains" was a team of women with a great passion for mentoring and investing their lives in others - and this made me feel not as a "project" but a person who is valued and has a great potential to grow personally and professionally.

• The relationship with my mentor and how much she helped me figure things out really exceeded my expectations.
• It is much more rewarding in the sense of subjects to explore and relationship to grow, I loved it overall; for the future I will be more disciplined in keeping the set goals.
• Had actually fun and learned new stuff, plus things about myself.
• My experience was extremely positive, though I would have liked to have more time.

• Availability, openness, encouragement but not being pushy, new punctual and concrete ideas to advance.
• Her time and the experience she achieved over years, experience that I truly hoped she would shared with me so I can learn from.
• I think my mentor was the best match that I could possibly have. We clicked and got along very well and I really felt like she understood me.
• My mentor was great in building an "inside" support system in myself, helping me to build healthy and strong professional and personal relationships. The program was more personal than I anticipated it would be and I loved that fact!

Mentoratul este despre a te pune la dispoziţia cuiva, a fi capabil să asculţi şi să dai un răspuns valid unei întrebări şi de asemenea de a fi în stare să te deschizi şi să înveţi. For me this mentoring program meant - in the first place -the opportunity of meeting a wonderful and very wise person, from whom I had the chance of learning a lot about myself.
