o Poor eating habits can lead to diseases such as diabetes and obesity.

o Skipping breakfast can negatively affect cognitive performance.
o Sleep deprivation can affect academic performance.
Causes
Studying late at night.Busy lives such as full-time jobs, being enrolled as a
full-time student, and having children.The convenience of choosing fast food then having to
take the time to cook.
