A completely new innovative handle system for the grill brick, making it safer, faster, cleaner, and
more versatile.
This innovative handle system will put an end to a host of problems when cleaning the grill in a
restaurant or on a hot barbecue. Our new "Brick & Blade Grill Master" with this unique design allows the
user to utilize the grill brick more effectively and in a safer manner, while doing it in style and comfort.
The grill brick is used in 90% of restaurants around the world with flat grills and even on outdoor
barbecues. The grill brick is used for cleaning the grill at the end of the day, or a busy rush order, or the
hot grill of a barbecue after it heats up. The problem is, the handling of the grill brick, it is greasy, dirty,
and hard to handle without getting burned, especially after a few uses and when the brick grinds down,
creating possible injury or burns due to the fact that the user’s hand is so close to the grill.
Our unique patented design (D750335) allows the user or worker to use the grill brick while
keeping the individual safely away from the grill preventing burns and injury. Unlike the current handle
systems, our creative patented design makes the brick more stable as the brick grinds down, and you no
longer have to handle the grill brick directly, which prevents the user from getting covered in grease,
requiring clean-up and creating more downtime. The Brick Baron allows additional leverage to utilize
the grill bricks potential, making it faster and more comfortable to use . This new handle system also has
a scraper incorporated into the handle, opposite the brick, eliminating even more downtime searching
for other tools used for cleaning. This new handle will put an end to potential injuries of employees
while on the job, which in turn reduces downtime and possible workers compensation claims for the
restaurant owner.
