Future of ITaaS Contracts

• Module 10a is filling a short term requirement but will inform the medium term outcome.

• The existing module 10 – Managed Service, will become –as-a-service.

• Supporting the as-a-service module will be two key artefacts.

• Provide all the advice required to develop fit for purpose as-a-service arrangements.

• Ensure the State meets its obligations

• Ensure terms and conditions are workable for the varying types of ITaaS arrangements.

• Industry will be widely consulted.
