Photoshop

The first thing I did was isolate the head from the picture of nikola Tesla. Next I sharpened the lightning.

Tesla was then placed onto a black back ground. Then the Now sharper lightning was then put in layer

by layer behind Tesla. Each layer was then mad slightly transparent and fused together into one layer.
