Independent and family owned, the cidrerie was created in 1955 by Jean Le Brun, in the heart of the « Bigouden » territory.
Until 1991, it remained an excellent but small and artisanal enterprise. Then, aged 22, Jean’s youngest son, Dominique, took over and the family business became much more ambitious ; it is now the Number 1 independent cidrerie in France.

Brut Super Premium Craft Cider
Bright and pale gold, this cider offers some appetizing ripe apple aromas on the nose. High in acidity, it is very crisp and refreshing, leaving a zingy finish with some fantastic apple flavours. Drink by itself or alongside pretty much anything.

Demi Sec Super Premium Craft Cider
The sweeter one of both cidres, it shows an attractive gold and bright color. On the nose, the medium cider offers lovely crun-chy apple and white flower aromas. Carbonated through second fermentation, it leaves a gentle foam on the palate with good acidity on the finish.Great as an aperitif, it is also sweet enough to drink alongside dessert.

OUR TRADITIONAL KNOW-HOW
• Slow production: 6 months from orchard to bottle.
• Made from 100% fresh apples.
• Apples are sourced from Le Brun’s own orchards (120 hectares).
• All fruits are hand-selected and hand-picked (3 harvests to pick apples with similar maturity levels).
• Harvested apples are kept in specially made wooden crates for 3 weeks so the fruits can dehydrate slightly and produce really concentrated aromas.
• No concentrate, no flavouring, no sugar or no water added.
• Juice is filtered to eliminate residues.
• Long cold fermentation for up to 4 months ( to keep freshness and acidity).
• Natural Sparkling process through second fermentation.
• No pasteurisation.
• Naturally gluten free & vegan friendly.
• 1 tone of apples = 600 Ltr of cider (against 1,000 Ltr at big producers).
