There is also evidence that student completed an Exam C version of two previous exams rather than completing Exam B as assigned to student.

Spring 2009 Student left the room during the final exam in Environmental Studies and stayed out for an extended period of time ‐ at least half an hour. When student returned to the classroom, student was given a new blue book and a new copy of the test, but answers indicated that student changed some of student's prior answers.
