To have a good nutrition, you have to eat food that
contains nutrients, like: carbohydrates, proteins,
vitamins, minerals, fats and water.
• Dairy products: Milk, yogurt & fresh cheese.
• Meat: Chicken, turkey, seafood (tuna), derivates (jam, sausage) and beef (rarely).
• Fruits: Grapefruit, pineapple, apple, orange, strawberry (3), cucumber, melon and papaya.
• Vegetables: Lettuce, carrot, tomatoe, celery, broccoli and spinach.
• Cereals: Integral bread, integral rice, oats, corn tortilla, and granola.
• Nuts & legumes: Nuts and peanut (1). Peas and beans.
• Oils & pastas: Vegetal oil, pasata, white rice and potatoes.
• Sweets: Cookies, sugar substitute and ice cream.
