Notary Automotive Signing Checklist (This is to be scanned/faxed/pictured along with your completed AOI to your Scheduler)
This document is a summation of your Notary Confirmation. It does not, in any way, replace your Notary Confirmation, but serves as a tool to acknowledge your agreement and responsibilities as a Maverick Notary Signing Agent according to the Notary Confirmation.
This assignment will be considered Complete and Submitted for payment when this Checklist and the AOI have been Uploaded to
www.mavsign.com or Faxed/Scanned over to your Scheduler.

After the dealership documents have arrived to me via Fed Ex/UPS, I have done the following:

At the signing appointment with the customer, I have:
