• Commitment of Delhi Declaration was Holding of regular ICWG Meetings
• ICWG was formed led by country focal points to promote R&D, collaborations , exchange of innovations, experiences and expertise, networks among intra-country groups and agencies,
• 1st ICGW Meeting held on 19th to 20th August, 2009
• Meeting Discussed Indicators – (Long term and Short term)
• Indicators based on National and MDG 2015 goals as set in Delhi Declaration and SACOSAN Roadmap

Way forward
• Respective National Governments were needed to agree on indicators as discussed in ICWG meeting- progress yet to take place
• Minimum agreed upon Indicators could be included in ‘Colombo declaration’
• The same could thereafter be used for reporting in SACOSANs and in ICWG meetings.
