Best Talent
As the international business environment becomes increasingly complex,
companies compete to recruit individuals with the right balance between hard
business skills and softer relationship management competencies. Aware of
the market needs, ESADE Business School helps students develop leadership
competencies alongside the MBA curriculum to ensure companies fi nd the right
candidates with the profi les recruiters are looking for.
Year after year, more than 1,500 organizations count on ESADE Business School
to provide talented and management-minded candidates who are multilingual,
internationally mobile, and with outstanding potential for development. The
relatively small size of our MBA programmes enables the Career Services team to
work closely with recruiters, designing fl exible recruitment plans that effectively
meet individual needs and goals.
Career Services organises several Talent Recruitment Events throughout each
academic year to facilitate contact between companies and ESADE Business
School’s MBA participants. Given the recruiting deadlines of the consulting and
fi nancial services industries, the MBA Career Week is an excellent platform for sec-
tor companies to communicate with internship and full time job seeking candidates
interested in those areas.
I hope that the MBA Career Week 2007 proves to be a successful meeting point
for recruiters and MBA candidates alike.
Yours sincerely,
Camila de Wit
Director, Career Services
ESADE Business School

Grupo Celsa Commitment as a company:
· Adhering to a common strategic
outlook across all our companies.
· A high degree of vertical integration
and a diverse product portfolio.
· Outstanding competitiveness in the
markets we are present in.
Right from the outset, the Celsa
Group has made providing high-quality
products its rule, and this is widely
acknowledged in all the markets in
which it works. The highly competitive
environment of the capital-inten-

investment necessary for seeking

The Celsa Group is very aware that it
must seek product diversifi cation, going
for products of greater added value,
greater sophistication and still higher
quality. What started out as just rough
round bars has since blossomed into
a wide range of products destined to a
variety of sectors.
Along with quality, presentation and
service are also important concerns at
the Group, since it is appreciated that
the product must reach the client’s
premises in perfect condition and at the
right time. The essentials for that are an
effi cient production process, good stor-
age facilities, top-rate handling systems
and excellent logistics.
