M/s Sunrise Biztech Systems Pvt. Ltd is holding Letter of Approval No. KA:10:06:MEBP:2P dated 27/06/2012 for undertaking of authorized operations namely Consultancy advisory and all related services in all areas of information technology including computer hardware and software data communication, telecommunication. The unit, vide their letter No. Nil dated 19.02.2016 (copy shown below) has requested for approval of additional list of services as per details below:

As per Standard list of services approved by the Govt. it has also been informed that, other services which are not included in the uniform list may be decided by the Approval Committee on merit. The Approval Committee may consider request of M/s Sunrise Biztech Systems Pvt. Ltd for approval.
6 ii. Ratification of approval granted to M/s Aditi Staffing India Pvt. Ltd for approval to lease
additional built up area of 12221 Sq.ft.
M/s Aditi Staffing India Pvt. Ltd. vide their letter dated 2nd February, 2016 has submitted application for approval of expansion of their SEZ unit.
M/s Aditi Staffing India Pvt. Ltd. were granted approval for setting up a unit for IT/ITES in Manyata Embassy Business Park SEZ vide LoA No.KA:10:06:MEBP:3J dated 02/12/2015. The unit propose to lease additional built up area of 12221 Sq.ft which M/s Aditi Staffing Pvt. Ltd.(holder of LoA No.KA:10:06:MEBP:3C dated 28/08/2014) is vacating. They have obtained the consent of the Co-developer for the same.
M/s Aditi Staffing India Pvt. Ltd. were granted 4319 Sq.ft (401.25 Sq.m) for sitting up unit. Now they propose to lease additional space of 12221 Sq.ft (1135.37 Sq.m). The unit also stated that there won’t be any change in their existing projection as they have submitted the initial projection for the estimated lease area of 16500 Sq.ft . The unit also informed that they will be hiring 150 employees in the ensuing months.
Considering the urgency expressed by the unit they were granted approval for expansion of area of 12221 Sq.ft vide letter dated 12/02/2016 (scanned copy shown below). The item is placed for ratification of the Approval Committee.

additional list of services
M/s. DynCorp International Business Service Private Limited is holding Letter of Approval No. KA:10:06:MEBP:3I dated 10/04/2015 for undertaking of authorized operations namely information technology and information technology enabled services. The unit, vide their letter No. Nil dated 07.03.2016 has requested for approval of additional list of services as per details below:
The service items General Insurance Service and Business Support Service are included in the default list of services. But the specific nature of service viz. General Insurance Services and Business Support Service to be rendered by the service provider does not directly related to the authorized operation and generally we are not approving the same. The other items are placed for consideration of the Approval Committee. iv. Application of M/s. Manyata Promoters Private Limited for setting up a unit.

M/s Manyata Promoters Private Ltd. has submitted the application with the following submissions.
1. Providing back-up power has default authorized operations to be undertaken by them as a Developer of
SEZ. 2. As per Rule 5A of SEZ Rule, 2006 it is a statutory requirement of SEZ Developer of IT/ITES SEZ to
supply 24 hours uninterrupted quality power supply at stable frequency in the Zone. 3. In order to ensure 24 hours continuous power supply they have installed back-up power facilities inside the
SEZ (ie, DG sets) in the processing area of SEZ. 4. The Ministry of Commerce Industry had originally issued power guidelines for generation, distribution and
transmission of power in SEZ on 27th February, 2009 (2009 guidelines). The above guidelines were superseded by guidelines issued on 21st March, 2012 (2012 guidelines). Subsequently, 2012 guidelines were withdrawn and from 1st April, 2015 the 2009 guidelines were brought back in to effect. However,
9 with effect from 16th February, 2016 (2016 guidelines) revised power guidelines have been issued which is in force at present.
5. Both the 2009 guidelines and 2016 guidelines allow IT/ITES SEZ Developers to generate back-up power within the processing area of SEZ as a unit and provide that such power plants will be entitled to all the fiscal benefits covered under section 26th of the SEZ Act 2005 including the benefits for initial setting up maintenance and duty free import of raw materials and consumables for generation of power. Such duty free imports of capital goods raw materials and consumables etc. would be counted towards the NFE obligations of the unit.
M/s. Manyata Promoters Private Limited has further submitted request for approval of the following.
1. To run DG sets installed in the Processing Area of the SEZ as SEZ unit both under 2009 guidelines and 2016 guidelines.
2. To grant approval to run DG set ie. Back-up power facility as SEZ unit w.e.f 1st April, 2015. 3. NFE to be fulfilled by supply of back – up power to SEZ units and Developers/Co-developers in the same
or other SEZ.
The Developer has submitted application for setting up unit for authorized operations ie, electricity which is included in Instruction No.50 (Sl,. No. 23 Power (including power back up facilities for captive use only) issued by MoC vide No.5/1/2010-SEZ dated 15.03.2010. They have also requested permission to run DG sets. Back-up power facility as SEZ unit w.e.f 1st April, 2015 and to supply of back – up power to SEZ units and Developers/Co-developers in the same or other SEZ. Since the Letter of Approval for the unit is to be issued only after consideration of the Approval Committee, permission can be granted from the date of issue of Letter of Approval only.
