Paddington from Moreton in Marsh and Kingham. For families
with children, Ford is within the catchment area of the Temple
Guiting Primary School (Ofsted rated 'Good'), and the
'Outstanding' Cotswold School at Bourton on the Water,
which was awarded the title 'Best Comprehensive School in
the Country' by The Times in 2016. The school bus stops
outside the door of Lilac Cottage. Ford has the famous
horse-racing pub The Plough Inn, frequented by jockeys and
trainers, and the adjacent village of Temple Guiting has a village
shop, tea room and church. Ford is surrounded by good
walking country with many excellent footpaths maintained by

From Stow on the Wold, proceed out of the town on the
B4077 signposted Tewkesbury. Continue for approximately 7
miles until reaching the village of Ford - Lilac Cottage will be
found on the left hand side, identified by our 'For Sale' board.
