Amendments to Previous Zoning MapAdopted in 1978:
1. May 22, 1979 - Article 31 - Over 45 acres of land along and near Kendrick, Depot, and Minot Streets rezoned from B-1 and R-30 to C-1. 2. November 5, 1979 - Article 15 - Land on Common and Taunton Streets rezoned from B-1 to R-30. 3. November 17, 1980 - Article 9 - 22,726+ SF of land on westerly side of Hawes Street rezoned from C-1 to R-43. 4. June 5, 1990 - Article 9 - 7.3+ acre lot on northwesterly side of Washington Street (Route 1) rezoned from R-43 to B-1. 5. June 17, 1992 - Article 11 - 17+ acre parcel northwest of Washington Street (Route 1) rezoned from R-43 to B-1. 6. June 17, 1992 - Article 12 - 9.9 acre lot on northwesterly side of Washington Street (Route 1) rezoned from R-43 to B-1. 7. August 3, 1992 - Article 18 (Amendment 7) 403+ acres of land extending west of South Street (Route 1A) in the vicinity of Green Street and the Plainville Town Line rezoned from C-1 to C-2. 8.
